Exercise Classes

From Kung Fu to Zumba, Sport Fencing to Hula-Hooping, we have a huge range of exercise classes on offer at Piccadilly. If you want to keep fit in a friendly, lively atmosphere with wonderful tutors then come along to the centre and sign up for a class.


Lunchtime Yoga with Ness
Professional yoga teacher Ness Sherry runs a weekly class during Wednesday lunchtimes. No previous experience necessary. £10 per session.


Kung Fu & Tai Chi
The 35th Generation Master Shifu Heng Wei from Shaolin Kung Fu will run a two part class with 45 minutes of Kung Fu and 45 minutes of Tai Chi. Wednesdays 1-3pm. Beginners are very welcome. £5 per session.


Sports Fencing for Pensioners
Learn to lunge like Zorro and find a new lease of life through fencing - with a little help from our instructor Christopher Cock. He'll introduce you not just to the physicality of fencing, but also to its strategic and spiritual elements. Check our online schedule for sessions.

A experienced tutor from Open Age runs a 45 minute Zumba session every Thursday morning from 11am. Great exercise, fun and completely FREE!


Tea Tango
Argentine Tango with Federico. No partner necessary please just come and join in. £8 per session.

Chair Aerobics
Chair aerobics are a form of aerobic exercise where the participant stays seated in a chair for the duration of the exercise session. Chair aerobics aim to give a complete workout while limiting the stress and strain on joints.


Hula Hooping
Emilie from The Joy of Hooping runs hoop dance taster sessions for anyone and everyone who wants to do some good, fun exercise. Hoop dance is a great all round form of fitness, exercising body and mind as you learn to spin hoops on different parts of the body. It can be meditative, energising, sexy, playful, calming and fun.
