Lunchtime Yoga with Ness
Professional yoga teacher Ness Sherry runs a weekly class during Wednesday lunchtimes. No previous experience necessary. ￡10 per session.
Kung Fu & Tai Chi
The 35th Generation Master Shifu Heng Wei from Shaolin Kung Fu will run a two part class with 45 minutes of Kung Fu and 45 minutes of Tai Chi. Wednesdays 1-3pm. Beginners are very welcome. ￡5 per session.
Sports Fencing for Pensioners

Emilie from The Joy of Hooping runs hoop dance taster sessions for anyone and everyone who wants to do some good, fun exercise. Hoop dance is a great all round form of fitness, exercising body and mind as you learn to spin hoops on different parts of the body. It can be meditative, energising, sexy, playful, calming and fun.
